Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kindly note that credit card authentication is required to secure the booking. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by treatment and will be confirmed during booking.

Cancellation Terms:

- Free cancellation/reschedule: Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the full deposit
- No-show: Failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of the full deposit
